Job Opening: Construction Cost Estimation Specialist

The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate cost estimation and compliance with regulatory standards. Main Duties and Functions:
- Compilation of construction cost accounting documentation in compliance with Georgian state legislation.
- Determination of construction work volumes required for cost accounting documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with standards and project documentation, with a focus on quality control.
- Preparation of documentation through on-site visits to construction sites.
- Creation of calendar schedules and compilation of Form-2.
- Analysis and comparison of unit price calculations for new works.
- Comparison with internal cost accounting documentation of the company.
Qualification Requirements:
- Experience in preparing Form #2s.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Excel at an advanced level.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Previous experience in a similar position.
- Knowledge of English will be considered an advantage.
Additional Information:
- Remuneration: 2000-3000 GEL with the potential for increase based on experience.
- 3-month trial period (reimbursable), with the opportunity for at least 4 years of employment upon successful cooperation.
