Situated in the Borjomi valley between the rivers Mtkvari, Borjomula, and Gujaratiskali, this project, executed by Invest Group for UWSCG, strives to optimize water infrastructure meticulously for optimal functionality.

Project Elements

Water Supply Networks:

• • Implementation of robust water supply networks with appropriate debit accounting and transmission systems.

Highways and Headworks:

• • • Integration of well-designed highways for ease of access.
    • Implementation of headworks with a focus on efficiency and sustainable water management.

Pumping Station (for Large Capacity and Diameters):

• • Construction of a pumping station for large capacities and diameters (DN≥250mm).
  • Inclusion of electric valves with a sophisticated automatic control system for seamless operation.

Dehumidification Systems:

• • Incorporation of dehumidification systems, including chlorination, dosing, mixing, and robust security systems.

Detailed Reservoir Project:

• • Development of a detailed reservoir project, featuring a ventilation chamber.
  • Integration of all necessary shut-off valves and flow meters for precise control.

Pressure Tower:

• • Construction of a pressure tower if deemed necessary for the optimal functioning of the water supply system.

House Connections and Internal Wiring:

• • Establishment of reliable house connections for seamless water distribution within buildings.
  • Implementation of internal wiring to ensure efficient water usage.

Individual Population Meters:

• • Installation of individual population meters, with dimming capabilities if required.

SCADA - Automatic Control System:

• • Deployment of an automatic control system encompassing various elements such as railway, road, ravines, rivers, and other obstacles.
  • Inclusion of rehabilitation measures for existing treated road surfaces.

DMA Water Meters and Pressure Relief (PRV) Chambers:

• • Installation of DMA (District Metered Area) water meters for precise monitoring.
  • Implementation of pressure relief (PRV) chambers to maintain optimal pressure levels.

Preparation of Specifications and Cost Estimates:

• • Thorough preparation of detailed specifications and accurate cost estimates to facilitate transparency and informed decision-making.

Preparation of Scope of Works:

• • Definition and documentation of the scope of works, outlining the tasks and objectives of the project.

Construction Organization Project and Plan-Schedule:

• • Development of a construction organization project, including a corresponding plan-schedule, crucial for effective project management.
  • Presentation of the construction organization project and plan-schedule alongside the final project submission.

Executive Drawings After Completion:

• • Post-completion, preparation of executive drawings in strict accordance with the customer's instructions, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements.
