Project Components
Karabulakhi Main Building Rehabilitation
- Thorough assessment and rehabilitation of the Karabulakh main building.
- Road cleaning and widening (approximately 3000 m).
- Installation of a gate and a durable concrete monolithic fence (L=20m).
- Restoration of 4 captages on the rock slope.
- Cleaning, rehabilitation, and plastering of existing damaged catchments to eliminate water leaks.
- Construction of a footpath on the rock (L=1500 m) with the installation of a steel pipe (D=150 mm, L=160 m) and associated filling and outlet pipes.
- Integration of future D=50-150mm pipes from existing catchments (L=200m).
- Rehabilitation of 200 m of damaged D=325 mm main pipe.
- Installation of D=500 mm pipe on the main D=630 mm pipe (2 sets); Rehabilitation of D=500 mm chamber (1 set); Rehabilitation of wells and all fitting parts.
- Installation of 24 pieces of D=100 mm pipe on the main pipe, including all parts.
- Installation of 20 pieces of valve and suction cup of D=50 mm on the main pipe, with all parts.
- Rehabilitation of 44 iron-concrete wells, with the option to arrange new wells.
Tandzia and Ratevani Water Supply System Enhancement
- Construction of iron-concrete reservoirs with sanitary protection fences, gauges, dehumidification systems, electricity supply, guard, and toilet.
- Development of a water supply network using polyethylene pipes (D=32รท200mm, length - 17km) with shut-off valves, pressure regulating wells, fire hydrants, and fittings.
- Installation of steel or polyethylene high-pressure main pipes, with hydraulic testing and washing/disinfection (indicative length - 300 m), including suction cup, vacuum, flow meter, pressure regulating and unloading wells, shut-off regulating armature, and fittings.
- Arrangement of polyethylene D=25mm inlet pipes and D=15mm AMR type metering nodes (approximately 250 sets) with two readers and one calibration device.
Dzedzvnariani and Old Kushi Water Supply System Improvement
- Construction of iron-concrete reservoirs with sanitary protection fences, gauges, dehumidification systems, electricity supply, guard, and toilet.
- Installation of steel or polyethylene high-pressure main pipes, with hydraulic testing and washing/disinfection (indicative length - 2800 m and 900 m), including suction cup, vacuum, flow meter, pressure regulating and unloading wells, shut-off fittings, and fittings.
- Establishment of a pumping station with a sanitary area, indoor and outdoor supplies, guard, and toilet.
Ratevani Water Supply System Enhancement
- Rehabilitation of 2 iron-concrete reservoirs (2 x V=250ยณ) with sanitary protection fences, gauges, deaeration systems, electrical supplies (inside and outside), guard, and toilet.
- Development of a water supply network using polyethylene pipes (D=32รท200mm, length - 25 km) with shut-off valves, pressure regulating wells, fire hydrants, and fittings.
- Installation of polyethylene high-pressure main pipes, with hydraulic testing and washing/disinfection (reference length - 1300 m and 1100 m), including suction cup, vacuum, flow meter, pressure regulating and unloading wells, shut-off fittings, and fittings.
- Arrangement of polyethylene D=25mm inlet pipes and D=15mm AMR type metering nodes (approximately 450 sets) with two readers and one calibration device.
Implementation Plan
Given the urgency, upon customer approval of specific project components, we are poised to initiate implementation. The final design and cost accounting documentation will be accompanied by positive conclusions from the inspection body, ensuring transparency and reliability in our commitment to delivering a water supply system that meets the evolving needs of the communities.
